Military Spouse Scholarship

SCHOLARSHIP:
The Fort Meade Officers’ Spouses’ Club (FMOSC) will financial scholarships for academic advancement highly motivated, community minded individuals to further their education.

ELIGIBILITY:
 Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 on a scale of 4.0 (unweighted).

 Must be a High School Graduate, completed a High School Equivalency Program(HEP) or General Education Developmental(GED) test, or currently be enrolled in college as of June 2012.

 Military Sponsor must be an Active Duty Service member and meet one of the three criteria’s: Assigned to Fort Meade, Maryland; attached to Fort Meade, Maryland; live on or reside within a thirty-five (35) mile radius of Fort Meade, Maryland.

 Must currently be attending or applying to a two or four year accredited institution for FULL TIME undergraduate or graduate study.

 Scholarships are not available for active duty or retired military members.

 The applicant must possess a valid military dependent identification card.
